Description
Premium Brass Elephant Sculpture (Variant 1)
A decorative sculpture that brings a warm, quietly luxurious touch to your home, crafted from solid cast brass by Indian artisans (weighing nearly 1 kilo). The elephant has Ganesha motifs on both sides to bring good fortune and remove obstacles in your path. Elephants and Ganesha have deep spiritual significance in Indian households.
In addition, you can see Ridhi-Sidhi, the consorts of Ganesha, and a beautiful Peacock on the elephant.
Designed as a statement accent rather than a mass-produced piece, it invites compliments, curiosity and slow, appreciative moments around your home. This is an heirloom piece that will last generations.
What Makes This Piece Special
- Handcrafted decorative sculpture made from solid cast brass — each piece has its own subtle variations.
- Designed to feel substantial and long-lasting, with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Thoughtfully sized for modern homes, so it works equally well in compact and larger spaces.
Craft Background
Indian brasswork has its roots in historic metal-casting traditions used for temple objects and household décor. Artisans melt brass and pour it into hand-prepared moulds, then refine the form through filing, engraving and polishing. This process produces a warm, weighty metal with a natural sheen that softens over time. Because the casting and finishing are done by hand, small differences in contour, tool marks and patina are normal. Each piece carries its own character and reflects the maker’s touch.
