Each item from The Ganges is individually quality-checked before packing to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
During peak periods or storewide promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
We ship from Sydney, NSW.
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Orders over $150 qualify for Free Standard Shipping within Australia.
We currently do not ship to international destinations.
Every order is packed using eco-friendly materials where possible — including kraft boxes, paper padding, and reusable cotton/jute bags for selected products. We want your unboxing experience to feel special while minimising environmental impact.
All orders come with a tracking number.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with the link to track your parcel in real time.
If you have not received your tracking email within 48 hours, please contact us at support@theganges.com.au.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it for an additional postage fee.
Please double-check your address before completing the order.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
If your parcel is lost in transit:
We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post or the relevant courier.
Replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is concluded.
Some fragile, one-of-a-kind artisan items may not be eligible for return once delivered unless they arrive damaged. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.
